If your vehicle has an engine failure, the repair can be very expensive under certain circumstances. If engine repair is too expensive, the best alternative is to look for a used engine.
There is a large selection of used engines for almost all vehicles, including with us. The term "used engines" simply stands for engines that were removed from another identical car. This can be because the car had an accident or is perhaps to be scrapped, but the engine is still good.
The mileage is often not verifiable, but we have been working with a relatively stable network of suppliers for years and know that the mileage matches the actual condition. Of course, it sometimes happens that this is not the case, but there is always a residual risk with used engines. Because they are not opened and checked.
We advise caution here!
We often see or hear from customers that Company "XY" has the same engine, but it only has 90,000 km and ours has significantly more. Dear customers, the buyer sees and believes what he wants to believe.
Anyone who approaches the matter realistically knows that, for example, for a 12-15 year old engine (Van / Crafter), a mileage of 95,000 km is more wishful thinking than reality. If you calculate this in km per year and then per month, considering the type of vehicle and its use, you should start thinking a little. Of course, young vehicles also have accidents, some of them spend most of the year in the garage - but these are individual cases. Because usually, one does not buy a Crafter to have it in the garage 90% of the time and drive the 2 km to church on Sundays, right?
